Bird Key

This is truly one of our more incredible projects. One of our favorite features of this home is the expansive rooftop entertainment space with spectacular water views. We cannot imagine a better place to watch the sun rise, sun set and all the moments in between.

The back yard also boasts ample outdoor space with several seating areas with water view, along with a disappearing edge pool at the water’s edge.

The inside of the home has a grand feel with plenty of open space and a balcony that overlooks the main living area. A large kitchen attaches to a cozy family room with fireplace.

Another unique feature of this house is that several rooms do not have doors. The entryways are created to maintain privacy but make entry and exit quick and quiet.

The home also has several office spaces, a large laundry room, a large movie room and a private exercise room for the owner.
